Joy is regularly contracted nationally & internationally to sing gospel, classical & orchestral works, as well as chamber & ensemble concerts. Private & religious events, including weddings & funerals are no stranger to her calendar.

December 2023 Joy fulfilled a lifelong dream of being the featured Soprano Soloist in “Oratorio de Noël” by Camille Saint-Saëns. She sings with the full original orchestration including complete choir, organ, & harp to name a few.

June 2022 Joy sang soprano in an octet formed by Voices of Ascension, to premiere a seven-movement chamber concert work composed by NYC native, Will Healy, featuring rapper Spiritchild called “New York Revisited”.

In the above video, Joy is performing at her late graduate professor’s memorial, Lonel Woods, at the Crane School of Music. The piece she is singing is one of the last he gave to her before graduation. It is, of course, one of her favorites.

March 2022 she was the featured Soprano Soloist in “Mozart’s Requiem” with Fairfield County Chorale & Orchestra, under the baton of renowned music director, David Rosenmeyer.

This piece of music being one of her favorites, she says: “...it was a dream come true to finally perform!”
